Head to Teatro Fashion Mall for an 80-minute Ginga Tropical performance featuring 22 dancers, 8 musicians, samba, forró, axé, funk, country dance, capoeira, and regional folklore. You also join a samba lesson and may pose with costumed performers. The show begins at 9:25 PM.

Spend an evening at Rio’s Centro Cultural Veneza with live music, a samba class, and Ginga Tropical’s 90-minute show. Expect Brazilian music, regional dances, capoeira, colorful costumes, audience participation, drinks, and a Carnival-style finale. The theater is in Botafogo, near public transportation.

Spend about two to three hours with Ginga Tropical, a fast-moving Brazilian music and dance show covering samba, bossa nova, lambada, forró, capoeira, and regional folklore. Hotel pickup is offered from much of Rio’s South Zone, and the finale invites you onto the stage.
