“E’ stata un ‘esperienza terribile, fallimentare. Non c’è stata nessuna guida solo un’autista in pratica che parla solo spagnolo e deride i turisti. Ignorante come poche . Non sono arrivati alle 13 ma alle 15:30. Siamo entrati alle 16:40 ed alle 17:15 ci hanno fatto uscire. La guida voleva dei soldi in più e non è neanche entrato con noi. Sul biglietto c’era scritto che saremmo stati liberi di visitare 5 ore ma neanche 40 minuti . Ha detto che (siamo tutti testimoni) se non le paghiamo comunque il servizio anche se non abbiamo usufruito del biglietto e neanche della guida ci denuncia . Sono io che denuncio lei”
